SOME FRAMING AND FINISH DETAILS, By me and by others.

John R's seat work.   Beautiful joints, maybe because he made a great jig for it!

John's seat lacing.   He sews a separate seat panel, adds a length of 14 AWG copper wire in the seam/pocket, and pokes lacing holes with a soldering iron.  Hot stuff!

Chuck O. is studying and improving the chain line.   His new frame (top) deliberately lowers the rear lower joint ahead of the back wheel to improve the space between the frame and the drive chain.

This is Matt's seat.  A simpler set of bends, and a nice laced attachment.

This is just great detailing.  Richard Fulton made his  Mach 2 frame truly sharp!

An assembled front end.  Note I typically send the rear brake cable through a drilled hole under  the top tube.

This is that steering riser in action.   I really like the look with the cables dressed instead of loose.

Studs, mounted under the rear stays.  I usually mount studs on the up side of the seat stays now.   Saves on interference with the chain line.

Studs for front brakes too.  I am just learning to do this.

This is what I 'did' to an EZ Sport frame that came my way.   Cut off that heavy top bar , gives it that sleek teardrop shape, eh?     Also an experiment in USS - a very sweet ride.

FWIW, my whole bike shots here.    ADC's bikes
